horrible experience. my hair was a total loss.

damaged badly by the manager, suffered patchy hair loss, breakage, frizzy, dull clumping hair. tried to deal with her,the owner they realized there was extensive damage they went into denial and began to lie. my new hairdresser uses words like: melted hair; shocked follicle; extensive breakage, chemical trauma,to describe what they did to my hair, and deny at scream. only an inch of my hair wasn't burned, had to let it grow out, had to get long hair cut off, get cellphones, treatments, use huge quantities of products (25-30 drops of shine serum, usually i only need 3-4) and still my hair didn't look good, bald in places. had to use a straight iron or looked like had been shocked; hair frizzed and climbing up itself. after 6 months, i have healthy growth, stubble on bald places, and most damage cut off. i lost my hair. was long, pretty, now short. i never wanted short hair. they did this to me at scream. manager ruined my hair, owner pretended wasn't any problem, more interested in explaining the managerworked there a long time, then addressing hair breaking off;falling out due to managers misuse of chemicals. had to find someone on my own to help guide me through the next 6 months of hair mess. i complained to the BBB; screams response was convoluted with dishonesty. never addressed what i had clearly written in my complaint, which they could read. i finally gave up gathering information; documenting my expenses to handle via suit.
